Village Timber Gates was started in April 2005 and is situated in Woolton Village on Merseyside. Our company has more than 25 years experience in the production of architectural joinery products such as stairs, windows, doors and doorframes but is now specializing in the manufacture of wooden gates. 

We aim to produce the best quality products using managed sustainable timber from Scandinavian redwood forests. All our gates are hand crafted using both old and modern techniques. All framed ledge and brace gates have a through mortise and tenon joint which is glued and wedged. We also produce ledge and brace gates also known as Z framed.

All gates are given a basecoat preservative finish prior to delivery or collection from the factory in a variety of colours to choose from including  Light Brown, Dark Brown, Mahogany, Forest Green, and Red Cedar.
